Edwardsburgh Cardinal officials say water main repairs have been completed in Cardinal.
It comes after the watermain on Dishaw Street caused a road closure.
After the initial repair was completed Tuesday, a second break occurred in the same area later in the afternoon.
Crews worked into the evening to isolate and repair the second break.
The road is now open.
Water service to Cardinal was maintained throughout the repairs, although some residents experienced temporarily reduced water pressure.
Environmental services and public works crews are being thanked for coordinating the response and for working safely to complete the repairs while minimizing disruption to residents.
