A Cornwall man has been returned to the Brockville area after he was on bail and fled the area. The 42-year-old man was charged with assault, forcible confinement and choking back in February. He was released on bail and then fled the area in early August. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Earlier this month, Brockville Police found out he was in custody in Winnipeg. Because the charges were severe, Brockville Police had two officers escort him back by plane yesterday to face charges in court.
