Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health employees are heading back to work after a lengthy strike.
A media release issued Wednesday afternoon by the organization says the staff will return to work on Monday.
The strike began on May 25 over what union officials said was a lack of provincial funding that has led to their pay not keeping up with other agencies.
The media release says the first week back will focus on reconnecting as a team and preparing to restart client services in a phased approach the week of Aug. 31.
It adds that community members and service providers may continue to send referrals as needed, with the understanding that programs and services will take time to return to full capacity.
During this transition period, officials say LLGAMH has resources in place to continue supporting clients in group homes and treatment homes.
