WDMH receives high grades in patient satisfaction

Winchester District Memorial Hospital officials say great care starts with their people.

They say that approach is reflected in their latest patient satisfaction results, based on feedback from January 1 to March 31.

When it comes to how patients rated their overall satisfaction 98 per cent of day surgery, 95 per cent of maternity, 92 per cent of medical/surgical and 88 per cent of emergency patients gave top marks.

WDMH surveys are sent electronically to a sample of patients who provide their email address and consent at registration.

Officials say their feedback plays an important role in helping them learn, grow, and continue to provide safe, high-quality care.
