Southeast Public Health’s Kemptville office will soon be offering expanded sexual health clinic hours.
In October, SEPH says it temporarily reduced the clinic’s hours to allow focused integration of teams, systems, and clinical practices following the merger that created it.
Officials say that as integration has progressed, clinics will resume as previously scheduled beginning as early as Tuesday, with some service enhancements.
In addition to the return to regular service levels, SEPH says it’s also introducing GetaKit testing depots across the southeast region.
They say the kits provide private, low-barrier testing for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections which can be completed from the comfort of home.
You can learn more on the GetaKit page on the health unit’s website.
