A fall school board election is on the horizon.
To be able to have your say on who you want representing you, you’re being reminded to check your school support designation by June 1.
Elections Ontario says that will help them ensure they have the right information.
Your school support designation shows which school board you support and which trustee election you can vote in.
By default, it’s set to English-Public, unless you choose a different eligible option.
You can check it online on the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation’s website.
Voters go to the pools in the school board and municipal elections on Oct. 26.
