The Brockville & District Hospice Palliative Care Service at Brockville General Hospital is the beneficiary of a brand new Toyota Corolla. The car was donated, as a lease, for three years by 1000 Islands Toyota to the palliative care team to get to home visits. In 2012, the dealership had also presented them with a three-year lease on a vehicle. Officials say the gift is appreciated by the service.
