This is Women’s Heart Month and an upcoming event is based around awareness and prevention.
The community information session is happening at the North Grenville Municipal Centre on Feb. 19 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
It will feature Marion Martell, Women@Heart Program Ambassador with the Canadian Women’s Heart Health Centre at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
The event is open to women and men of all ages and cultures
