The OPP has charged two men after a high-risk arrest, just west of Prescott. Officers were called after someone complained about a car driving erratically on the 401 yesterday morning. The car turned out to be stolen from Quebec. Police stopped the vehicle and took two men into custody. The 17-year-old driver is facing multiple charges including car theft, fleeing police pursuit and carrying a concealed weapon. A 20-year-old man also faces car theft and carrying a concealed weapon. Both men were from Repentigny, Quebec.
