It’s a major milestone for the new Dundas Manor long-term care home in Winchester.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the community, the Winchester District Memorial Hospital’s Foundation says they have crossed the $15 million milestone in their campaign.
The overall goal is to raise $18 million which will go towards the construction of the new Dundas Manor.
Officials say the new home will also feature wider hallways, larger door frames, spacious dining areas, and welcoming gathering spaces with outdoor access.
The new 128-bed long-term care home is tentatively scheduled to open in the summer of 2026.
They are counting on the community to continue to support the new facility and you can learn more at dundasmanordream.ca.
