Giving Tree Campaign back for another season

You’re being asked to do your part to help make sure everyone has a Merry Christmas.

Augusta Township is supporting the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville’s Giving Tree Campaign once again this holiday season.

The township office is hosting one of this year’s Giving Trees, featuring paper tags that represent local children, including their age and gender.

Residents are encouraged to visit during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to pick up a tag and return an unwrapped gift for that child by Dec. 12.

Organizers say your participation helps make the holidays brighter for children and families in our community.

If you have taken a tag from the tree, you’re reminded to ensure your unwrapped gift is dropped off by Dec. 12th.
