Police say two people face serious charges, including attempted murder, after an investigation in Leeds County.
Leeds County OPP say members of several different agencies including the emergency response team, the canine unit and the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Community Street Crime Units executed a search warrant on Thursday on Kitley Line 3 in relation to firearms offences.
They say two people were arrested and remanded into custody.
One suspect currently faces an attempted murder charge, police tell Moose FM, but they add that could change.
Police say further details can’t be released at this time because of the nature of the ongoing investigation.
They add there is no risk to public safety.
