Loyalist Days is set to make a return in 2017.
There`s an open house to drum up volunteer support on Tuesday, September 13th at the Town Hall from 6:30PM to 7:30pm.
The event is planned for August 17th to the 20th.
At Monday`s meeting, Prescott Council directed staff to apply for $10,000 in funding through the Ontario 150 Community Celebration Program. Mayor Brett Todd said the money would be used to offset certain costs for the event.
The open house will include period-dressed reenactors. You can get involved and help with the event planning.
