Business breakfast with MPP Clark and MP Barrett taking place Monday

Local business owners are getting a chance to hear first hand from the region’s representatives at the higher levels of government.

The North Grenville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the South Grenville Chamber of Commerce and Community Futures Grenville, are hosting a business breakfast with Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes MPP Steve Clark and MP Michael Barrett.

It’s scheduled to take place from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 11 at Catered Affairs in Kemptville.

In a video posted to Facebook, Barrett says he’s looking forward to the gathering.

“The chambers play a vital role in supporting local businesses, building connections and helping to grow our local economy. This is a great chance to connect, share ideas and talk about what matters most to business owners.”

You can visit the event’s Facebook page for more information.
