Staff Sergeant Michael Mulheam has been promoted to the rank of Inspector and has assumed the role of Detachment Commander for the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP. The announcement came yesterday. Mulheam replaces BJ MacDonald who transferred to East Region Headquarters. Mulheam has been with the force for 29 years, spending most of his career with Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP.
