The Bold and Rebellious Red Carpet Couture Fashion Show is a fundraiser being organized for the Spencerville Mill. The event happens August 27th at 4pm. Vice Chair of the Spencerville Mill Foundation Mary Tessier explains that the money will be used to improve the park, outside the mill.
