It’s one stop shopping for Father’s Day Weekend, all while supporting at risk youth in our area.
Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville is putting on the Prescott Ribfest and Sportsman Show this weekend at the Leo Boivin Community Centre and organizers say it will include everything from ribs to live entertainment to a vendor village and a trivia night.
It starts on Friday and runs until Sunday evening with a full schedule available on the Big Brothers and Big Sisters website.
Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville Executive Director Beth Heuvring tells Moose FM that all money raised will go to their mentoring programs.
“We match safe, caring adults with kids who need some attention and love, a little bit of guidance, and a listening ear and then we supervise and support those matches.”
The Prescott Trolley will be running this weekend and bringing festival attendees to and from the event to drop-off locations set up around the town.
