A 28-year-old Thunder Bay resident faces charges following a collision on Highway 401 that left three people with non-life-threatening injuries.
Leeds County Ontario Provincial Police say the three-vehicle crash happened around 7 a.m. last Wednesday west of Landsdowne.
Police say three drivers were injured and the highway was closed westbound while investigators were at the scene.
The Thunder Bay resident now faces charges including dangerous operation causing bodily harm and driving a motor vehicle with liquor readily available.
