Emergency Youth Housing is now available within North Grenville. Yesterday Connect Youth had the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new apartment to house youth aged 16 to 21 temporarily when they have no housing options. The event took place at the North Grenville Municipal Centre. Chair for Connect Youth Norie Spence explained why their partners are so important to the programs they offer.
Member of the Board of Directors Holly Howard explains how it’s funded.
The first unit has been available in Prescott. This second unit allows Connect Youth the opportunity to help more youth in need.
