The Food For All Foodbank’s Cardinal location will be taking donations during the Labour Day weekend. They’ll be participating in the Cardinal Labour Day parade and collecting non-perishable food items and money for the food bank. Volunteer Sean Hogan says it’s a tough time of year for the food bank in terms of donations.
Hogan says they even have dancers for the float.
The event will go Sunday, September 4th.
