A 27-year-old man from Toronto has been charged near Spencerville after a traffic complaint. An off-duty Ottawa Police Officer reported a Subaru Forester being driven erratically on the 416 southbound. The incident happened just after 5:15pm Monday afternoon. OPP stopped the driver near Spencerville and charged the 27-year-old man with dangerous operation of a vehicle, driving while impaired by a drug, possession of marijuana, obstructing a peace officer and failing to comply with recognizance.
