Prescott Council has directed the CAO and Director of Public Works & Infrastructure to have Cornwall Gravel Ltd. complete the remaining two blocks on St. Lawrence Street. Originally the project’s scope was from King Street to the middle of Jessup Street. Because the project costs came in well under estimates and is on schedule and budget, Council decided to expand the project to reconstruct the remaining blocks from Jessup Street to Railway Avenue. It’s expected the project will take until late October to complete.
