The Rideau-St.Lawrence Real Estate Board says there were 345 units for sale on the market at the end of July. That’s 38 per cent more than the same time in 2023, and the highest for the month in five years.
There were 145 new residential listings in July in the area.
Just over 100 units sold through MLS in July with the average price of a home coming in at $488,989.
