Much Ado About Nothing premieres tomorrow night at St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival

Much Ado About Nothing premieres tomorrow night at the amphitheatre. It’s part of the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival. Saturday, Julius Caesar had its first showing. Organizers say Much Ado is perfect in an amphitheatre setting because you can get a sense of the rest of the crowd’s reaction to the play do the fact that you can see parts of the crowd as you enjoy the performance. Tonight there will be a pay what you can event for Much Ado About Nothing if you’d like to catch the early performance before opening night. Find out more about both plays and get tickets at www.stlawrenceshakespeare.ca.

Edit: An earlier version of the story incorrectly stated that tonight was the premiere when in fact it’s a dress rehearsal “pay what you can” evening.
