Brockville Police were called to St. Lawrence Park last Friday at 5:19pm after their received a call about a possible impaired driver. Park staff said a man, who was camping at the park, was driving and struck a curb entering the park’s lot. The vehicle was damaged and leaked some fluids. After speaking to the 33-year-old man from Onaping, he was arrested for impaired driving. He also blew over double the legal limit and was charged with driving over the legal limit. His license was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded. He’ll face the charges in court at a future date.
