A group of fire departments across the region are partnering to help support local food banks.
The Chief Fire Officer’s Association of Leeds and Grenville is hosting its second annual Food Drive this month, benefiting food banks across the United Counties.
Last year’s event brought in more than 4,000 pounds of food and over $8,000 in cash donations.
In Prescott, donations of cash and non-perishable food items will be accepted at Giant Tiger and O’Reilly’s Your Independent Grocer at an event March 16th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
