Progress is moving smoothly at the site of the new Dundas Manor building.
Staff members say the site has been completely cleared, with workers now preparing for the digging phase of construction.
New fencing has also been set up to secure the site.
“This is another exciting milestone in our journey to build a new Dundas Manor for current and future residents,” Chief Executive Officer Cholly Boland says. “It will be great to watch as the excavators begin digging the giant hole for our new home.”
The new facility will have room for 30 more residents than the current building, plus improvements for residents’ quality-of-life and patient care.
It’s scheduled to open in 2026.
