With the 168th annual Spencerville Fair set to begin next week, the organizers are calling for people to take part in the parade.
Registration has opened for anyone interested in having a float or being a part of the annual event, and the route is now available.
Participants will line up in an open field on Goodin Road before moving along the nearly two-kilometre route.
After moving through the fairgrounds, the procession will move onto South Street via the Sloan Street intersection.
Afterwards, it’ll turn onto Centre Street before reaching its end point near the St Laurence O’Toole Catholic Church.
The fair starts on Thursday, September 7th, with the parade scheduled for the 9th.
If you want to take part, you’ll be able to pick up a registration form at the Drummond building in the fairgrounds during the fair.
