Leeds-Grenville women who want to try firefighting will have a chance to learn the basics next month.
An introductory workshop called “Women of Fire” is being organized in Lyndhurst. The event is open to women living in every municipality within the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.
It’s happening from September 16th to 17th. You’ll need to register in advance if you want to take part, and the deadline to sign up is August 24th.
