A local discount store is partnering with the South Grenville Food Bank for an initiative to help support residents struggling to afford food.
Giant Tiger in Prescott is hosting a donation drive for the food bank throughout next week.
Shoppers will be able to make donations by purchasing “paper building blocks” that’ll be hung up in the store with their name on them.
All the proceeds will go towards purchasing food for the South Grenville Food Bank, which helps support people and families in Prescott, Augusta and Edwardsburgh-Cardinal.
The initiative will run from July 23rd to the 30th.
