The Town of Prescott is giving residents a chance to spend some time outside and get active this summer.
The recreation programming schedule for this summer has been released, including three reoccurring events.
“Art in the Park” will allow residents to work on creative projects together in Centennial Park, with a different theme every week and supplies provided by staff members.
Meanwhile, “Play in the Park” will see people convening for sports like soccer, volleyball and basketball, as well as other activities like limbo.
If you prefer indoor sports, the town is also running an “Open Gym” program every week at the Leo Boivin Community Centre, where you can drop in and play pick-up games for free.
