The Town of Prescott is calling for residents to apply to help run its cemetery.
The Board of Management is responsible for setting the prices residents need to pay to have a loved one interred at the Prescott Cemetery or purchase a spot to store their ashes.
Board members are expected to attend two meetings per year, including an annual general meeting where the prices for the year are set.
To apply, you need to be at least 18 years old and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. You or your spouse also must either live in Prescott or own a property in town.
