Officers of Leeds County OPP have made an arrest in a recent string of thefts from vehicles. On June 23rd around 8:30pm police were doing a traffic stop on Murphy Road in Elizabethtown-Kitley Township.
Investigation showed the driver they stopped was holding property that had been stolen from several vehicles in the area. The 18-year-old, from the Lyn area, was arrested and given an August court date. He faces charges of possession of property obtained by crime. He was also charged for a liquor license act violation.
