People without healthcare providers all over the Leeds-Grenville region are being called on to fill out a survey for the Prescott Family Health Team.
The nonprofit organization is collecting data from residents to help “planning on how to better utilize our resources in the future.”
Staff members say the survey is anonymous, so your email address and other personal information won’t be collected.
They also say that the organization isn’t accepting new patients at the moment, and filling it out won’t get you on a waiting list, but add that “your completion of the survey will help us determine our future direction.”
