The Spencerville Mill and Museum is inviting residents out for a day on the water to raise money for its 2023 programming.
The organization that runs the mill has announced that its annual “Canoe Poker Run” fundraiser will be returning on May 27th.
Participants will get to spend the morning kayaking or canoeing along the South Nation River, then stop at the mill for a barbecue lunch.
Tickets to the event cost $25 for adults, or $10 for anyone 12 years old or younger, with all the proceeds going back to the volunteer group that runs the museum and maintains the mill.
