March dates for movie night, roller skating at Leo Boivin Community Centre announced

Prescott’s monthly community recreation nights at the Leo Boivin Community Centre return next weekend.

The town has announced that its monthly roller skating night at the facility is being held next Saturday, March 12th.

Admission is free, but residents will need to bring their own skates, and are also encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the South Grenville Food Bank.

Helmets are also “strongly encouraged,” according to staff members, but not mandatory.

The town’s monthly movie night is being held a few days later on the 19th, with a screening of the 2022 comedy “Lyle Lyle Crocodile.”

Admission to see that will cost $2 per person.

You can find more details about both recreation nights, and other upcoming events like CSE Consulting’s spring job fair, on the Town of Prescott website.
