United Counties hosting “Landlord Engagement” meetings this March

Two information sessions to learn more about the kinds of support landlords in the Leeds-Grenville area need are being organized over the coming weeks.

The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville has announced two “Landlord Engagement” nights being held in Kemptville and Brockville in March.

Economic Development Officer Deanna Clark says some local housing agencies are partnering with the Counties to help facilitate the meetings.

“The Counties and area agencies invite local landlords to join discussions on working together to help those in imminent need of housing,” Clark adds.

The first meeting is scheduled for March 6th at the North Grenville Municipal Centre, with Warden Nancy Peckford set to attend as a guest speaker.

The second information session is happening on the 20th at the Hampton Inn in Brockville, and will feature Mayor Matt Wren.

You’ll need to register in advance to attend either meeting. The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville website has details for how to sign up.
