The Town of Prescott is giving residents a chance to start thinking about international travel again.
The town has announced that a “passport clinic,” for people interested in renewing their passports, is being held next Saturday, February 11th.
The news comes after last week’s announcement that the federal government has cleared its passport backlog, after being swamped with applications once travel restrictions began to loosen last year. That means it’ll take less time to process your renewal.
The clinic is running from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the 11th at Town Hall, in the Ruth Evanson Room. It’s a walk-in clinic, but you can also call ahead to book an appointment if you want. You can find more information on the Town of Prescott’s website.
