It sounds like an episode of Charlie’s Angels. Three women are being credited with stopping an assault earlier this week. Kingston Police say a 24-year-old man was reportedly seen arguing with his girlfriend in their car Monday night, when he began hitting her in the head.
The three women say they witnessed the attack, so they approached the parked car and restrained the man until police arrived. Investigators say the minor injuries on the woman’s face, along with witness statements, led them to lay an assault charge. The man was taken into custody.
