An 18-year-old Brockville woman is facing charges after a recent incident. It happened on June 20th around 10:00am. Brockville Police were called to a disturbance at a south end convenience store. Investigation showed the local woman approached her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend outside the store and confronted him about property of hers, still in his possession. She then proceeded to punch the female in the face and a fight started. While leaving the area, she stole the woman’s sunglasses.
Police have yet to locate the woman but she faces charges of assault and theft.
The injuries to the victim were minor in nature.
