South Grenville Food Bank’s “Bottles for Babies” campaign returns

UPDATE November 17th 2:30 PM: In a phone conversation with MyPrescottNow.com staff, South Grenville Food Bank Executive Director Bonnie Pidgeon Coogler says donations are also being accepted at the Food Bank’s Prescott office on Henry Street, or at the Prescott Fire Hall.

South Grenville residents organizing Christmas and New Year’s parties are being encouraged to hang onto their empty alcohol bottles afterwards.

The South Grenville Food Bank is collecting LCBO-returnable bottles for its annual “Bottles for Babies” fundraising campaign, helping households with young children.

The money raised from the campaign will go towards buying baby formula, diapers, and other important items for raising infants.

Right now, you can bring any bottles you’d like to donate to the waste transfer stations in Augusta.
