Preparations are underway for the return of the Cardinal Festival Committee’s annual Labor Day celebration.
Applications are now being accepted for people interested in taking part in the Labor Day parade.
The event is happening on September 4th at 12:00 PM in Cardinal.
The committee will be announcing the parade’s route over the coming weeks.

Registration to take part is free, and anyone who does is encouraged to follow the event’s theme of “Blast From The Past – 70s, 80s, Whatever.”
