The Town of Prescott is working on a new program for businesses to take advantage of the summer tourism season.
Applications are being accepted right now to join the town’s new “Prescott Pop-ups” program.
Vendors who join will be given the chance to set up “pop-up” temporary shops on the Sandra S. Lawn Harbour and Marina, as well as inside the Rotary Lighthouse.
The town says it hopes a wide variety of businesses will participate, and that it wants the program to enhance people’s impression of Prescott by making it a more attractive destination for tourists.
If you’re interested in applying, you have until May 20th at 4:00 PM.
You can find guidelines for how to apply, as well as the paperwork you’ll need to fill out and submit, on the Town of Prescott website and at town hall.
