With the cold weather of winter behind us, Upper Canada Village is making preparations to reopen.
The Morrisburg-based “living history site,” where actors and artisans replicate living in the mid 1800s, has been closed to the public since the end of its Christmas-themed “Alight the Night” event in early January.
Starting on May 21st, people will be able to visit the village again.
Unlike last summer, when only guided tours were available because of the pandemic, you’ll be able to go wherever you want while you’re there this year.
If you want to visit earlier, you can book a walking tour in the village for a group of at least 15 people. They’ll be available from April 17th to May 15th.
