A local church group is gathering resources to send to Ukraine as the Russian invasion of the country continues.
The Anglican Parish of All Saints South Grenville is partnering with the St. James Anglican Church in Perth to send items to Ukrainians. These include medical resources like bandaids, rubbing alcohol, first aid items and non-prescription drugs. They are also asking for toiletries like toothbrushes, baby food, feminine napkins, and shampoo.
Donations can be dropped off at St. James Hall on Church Street in Maitland, next to the fire hall. Those in Cardinal are asked to call 613-341-7248, and those in Prescott to call 613-925-5513. For more information, call 613-926-1631
