The work family of Jan Shuh has made a donation in her name to the Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care Service. She worked at Hendrix for more than ten years and was an integral part of the company.
Funds are raised annually through the Charities of Hendrix Employees Fund and, based on a set of criteria, outlets then select a cause in their community of which to direct the funds.
Activities to raise the funds included hot lunches, pay day pool, and 50/50 draws. $4,000 was donated to the hospital on behalf of Jan Shuh on May 26th,which would have been her birthday.
