Both men and women in the Leeds-Grenville community are being invited to learn about the difficulties women face in business.
The Leeds Grenville Small Business Centre, an organization that supports local business owners, is holding a seminar to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The event will feature a keynote presentation from Suzan Hart, a networker from Toronto with a degree in Social Psychology. The organization also plans to present its “Lifetime Achievement Award” to a local business owner at the seminar.
Anyone who buys tickets to attend will also have a chance to win door prizes like spa days and gift baskets from businesses in the Leeds-Grenville region.
The seminar is being held virtually. Tickets to watch cost $40. The event is being held from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on Tuesday. If you’re interested in attending, visit the organization’s Facebook page for details.
