If your child wants to try a new sport this year, you can sign them up for organized soccer in Iroquois.
The South Dundas Soccer Association has opened up registration for its 2022 seasons. Anyone born between 2004 and 2018 can sign up to participate, and the organization says kids don’t need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to register. There’s also no residency requirement, so kids in municipalities like Prescott can take part.
The spring-summer season this year will begin in May and last until late July, with games every Saturday. A summer-fall season is also on the schedule, with teams playing on Saturdays and some weeknights from late August until mid October.
Registration for either season costs $45 per player, or you can register one player for both seasons for $80. The registration deadline is April 3rd. The organization’s Facebook page has registration details.
