Town of Prescott: fill out River Route feedback survey for chance at prize

As the River Route bus line enters its fourth month of operation, the Town of Prescott is asking residents for feedback.

The Town has launched a public survey for riders and residents to fill out and give their thoughts on the first months of service. The route, which began running in August, moves through South Grenville for twelve hours a day, visiting popular workplaces in Brockville, Augusta, Prescott and Edwardsburgh-Cardinal.

According to a report presented at a November council meeting, the route has been growing as expected, and the Town is looking into finding funding to make it permanent. It’s currently in the middle of a six-month pilot program that ends in February.

If you fill out the survey before the December 17th deadline, you’ll be entered into a raffle for $50 in “Prescott Proud Dollars”, which can be spent like real money at a variety of local businesses and never expire. Visit the Town website for a full list of participating businesses.
