Lanark County OPP report a collision between a car and horse trailer on the weekend. Police were called to Highway 43 near Stone Road just after 7:30pm on Sunday. A westbound vehicle had hit the horse trailer which was being pulled by an eastbound truck. The collision caused the trailer to roll onto its side. The highway was closed to traffic for about two hours and the driver of the car was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The two horses in the trailer sustained minor injuries.
